With extensive experience in conference production and protocol management, she works closely with industry leaders, partners, and public institutions to deliver structured, impactful events across Africa. Her leadership ensures every project is executed with professionalism, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.

Wilmine Kabutey
Office Administrator & Personal Assistant
Wilmine Kabutey supports the daily operations of Gettha Agency as Office Administrator and Personal Assistant, ensuring smooth coordination, efficient administration, and reliable internal processes. With a background in Internal Auditing, Accounting, and Finance from Tshwane University of Technology, she brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and financial awareness to the team, helping keep projects and operations running efficiently.

Naomie Kamuleta is a Conference Producer and Content Lead at Gettha Agency, playing a key role in the planning and delivery of high-impact industry events. She serves as the Conference Producer for the DRC Battery Metals Conference and also works as a Producer on DRC Mining Week, contributing to program development, content coordination, and speaker management. Her role is key to delivering well-organised, memorable journeys and smooth event travel operations.

Yohanna Michelle Pechera
Conference Producer
Yohanna Michelle Pechera is a Conference Producer at Gettha Agency with a strong background in management and a deep passion for the mining industry. Originally from Gabon and currently based in Cape Town, she brings valuable regional insight and international experience to her role.
She holds an Advanced Diploma in Management from the Institut Supérieur de Management (ISM) in Dakar and an Honours degree in Project Management from Rosebank College, South Africa. Yohanna has actively contributed to major industry events, including DRC Mining Week, Nigeria Mining Week, and Mining Indaba 2024, where she supported a successful exhibition for the Gabonese Ministry of Mines.
Fluent in both French and English, she plays a key role in bridging communication across international stakeholders.
